I am in the process of buying, and as an agent I attend so many open houses and showings a week that I am literally stunned by the sheer number of buyers lined up to get inside and close on their dream home. Little do you know, their dream home is your property.
It sounds cheesy to say this outloud and I am sure every real estate agent you know is knocking on your door asking if you want to list your home, but don't forget to throw my name in the ring if you decide to consider it.
I want to talk a bit about market conditions, but I'll start with the simplest draw to selling today: Demand is HIGH and Inventory is low.

One of the things I love about this career is the information downloading. I spent this morning analyzing data and it looks like YTD sales are up in January over December, and the percentage of cash sales is up 25.7% (according to the Florida NAR Website - NAR = National Association of Realtors).
The buyers are there and maybe they're just waiting for you to say Yes to Selling. :)
